Nfl report:i wish to play back Texas Longhorns..

“Oh My Goodness,” according to NFL scouts regarding Longhorns running back Bijan Robinson
Before the NFL Draft, it makes sense that NFL scouts are enthralled with Texas Longhorns star running back Bijan Robinson.

One of the most intriguing players heading into the NFL Draft this spring is Bijan Robinson, a star running back for the Texas Longhorns.

Where he ends up is still up in the air, though.

He has been all over the board in several NFL Mock Drafts over the past few months, going from the top-10 to the bottom of the first round.

Bruce Feldman of the Athletics announced his selections for the draft on Friday. Robinson was mocked by the Philadelphia Eagles at No. 10 in his pick.

But what really adds interest to this mock is Feldman’s inclusion of opinions about each prospect from college coaches and NFL sources.

Naturally, Robinson received excellent feedback from critics on both sides of the debate. In fact, it’s becoming less and less likely that Robinson will place outside of the top-10 to top-15 next month.

Feldman’s sources provided the following information regarding Robinson:

Let’s just say that whoever signs Robinson will get a dynamic player who has the ability to change the course of the game.

However, the mock draft experts note that the Eagles, Cowboys, Bills, and Chargers have been among the teams most likely to select Robinson.

For the time being, though, we will just have to wait and see which team manages to win the lotto and sign Robinson, who is predicted to bring generational talent.

According to a report, Texas Longhorns athletes have earned over $15 million in NIL.

One of the nation’s highest-earning athletic departments is the University of Texas. It turns out that the Longhorns players are also making millions of dollars since collegiate athletes are now able to make money off of their name, image, and likeness.

Since the start of the NIL Era in July 2021, Longhorns athletes have earned $15,698,439, according to The Austin Business Journal via KXAN-TV. 2,980 NIL deals that were reported to the school accounted for that total. Fifteen sports athletes had NIL deals; however, men’s basketball and football athletes carried the most weight, with deals totaling more than $13.5 million as of June 30.

The reporting of the Austin Business Journal gives a market that has been opaque since its founding a concrete monetary value.

There isn’t a public database for NIL deals at the moment. The majority of the reported figures are based on personal recommendations.

Still, it would make sense that Texas athletes are earning millions based on earlier reports.

Before the Atlanta Falcons selected former Texas running back Bijan Robinson in the first round, he had several non-contract offers, including one for “Bijan Mustardson,” the running back’s own mustard. In addition, he made agreements with Austin Lamborghini and the apparel brand Rhoback, which led to the acquisition of a Lamborghini for himself.

An athlete’s NIL potential is valued by On3 using a “NIL valuation” algorithm that takes into account exposure, influence, and performance in college sports. Although it provides an indication of an athlete’s potential marketability, it is not a NIL tracker.Right now, four athletes from Texas rank in the top 25 of On3 with the highest NIL valuations. This includes rookie quarterback Arch Manning, who, in the words of head coach Steve Sarkisian, won’t take any NIL money until he starts for the Longhorns.

Quinn Ewers, the starting quarterback for Texas right now, broke new ground in the NIL when he transferred from Southlake Carroll to Ohio State following his junior year and began making NIL money. On July 22, Ewers will hold a meet-and-greet NIL event called “An evening with Quinn Ewers” at Golfinity in Cedar Park. The $35–$2000 range of tickets supports the nonprofit organization “Merging Vets & Players.” Since departing Carroll, Ewers has entered into several deals.

The other two players listed in On3’s top 25 NIL valuations were Sam Worthy of the Longhorns and wide receiver Xavier Worthy.

He's an alien': Why Bijan Robinson holds the key at Texas

Specific names and specific deals weren’t included in The Austin Business Journal’s public records requests. In the future, information in Texas will be tougher to publicly obtain.

HB 2804, the most recent NIL law in Texas, became operative on July 1. There are several modifications. It basically permits colleges to communicate with collectives and other third-party entities, and possibly private institutions as well, depending on how the bill’s wording is interpreted.

By stating that no athletic conference or organization may forbid Texas colleges from playing sports or punish them for partaking in activities that the new law permits, the bill also appeared to undercut the authority of the NCAA.

However, the bill also contained a provision that kept NIL agreements with Texas schools out of the public domain. This implies that it will become more difficult to locate concrete NIL market evidence in the future.
