Which Auburn players are doubtful or out for the game against Arkansas?
Before the Arkansas game, Auburn is about as healthy as it has been all season.
Although the Auburn Tigers have had their fair share of injuries this season, it appears that the problem has temporarily abated.
With just one player being questionable at this stage of the season, the Tigers have a spotless record as good as can be expected.
The Tigers’ starting center has been senior offensive lineman Avery Jones, who transferred from East Carolina to Auburn this offseason. Jones was forced off the field in Auburn’s game against Mississippi State due to a leg injury.
Hugh Freeze, the head coach of Auburn, is hopeful that Jones will play against Arkansas, though if he does, it will be in a limited role.

Jones’ place has been filled by Kennesaw, Georgia, freshman Connor Lew, who has performed admirably. The blow of losing Jones has been lessened in part by Lew’s caliber of play.

Prior to their match against LSU, Auburn had an extra week to recover from their injuries, but they are still quite hurt.On Monday, Hugh Freeze revealed.
Both nickel cornerback Keionte Scott and starting linebacker Austin Keys are still sidelined for the “foreseeable future.” Additionally, he restated that Mosiah Nisili-Kite, the starting defensive end, is out for the season.
Regarding starting safety Jaylin Simpson, who he anticipates returning, he did offer some encouraging news.
“He stated that he is feeling better every day, so I’m optimistic and anticipating that he will go,” the person said.
Turning to the attacking side of the ball, wide receiver Malcolm Johnson is day-to-day, running back Damir Alston is doubtful, and Ja’Varrius Johnson is questionable due to an elbow injury.
