Bills Receive Positive Safety News Swift Rapp Following Dangerous Injury
Following a frightening injury sustained during the Buffalo Bills’ game against the New York Jets on November 19, safety Taylor Rapp was placed into an ambulance. Shortly after halftime, the club received positive word regarding Rapp’s condition.
Late in the second quarter, Rapp was knocked down. He took a strong hit, got back up, then stumbled and fell to the ground. His hands were fully functional when he was placed into an ambulance while strapped to a stretcher.

Quarterback Case Keenum signed with the Houston Texans, his hometown team, earlier this week, ending his time with the Buffalo Bills.
This meant that Josh Allen, the great quarterback for the Bills, needed a new backup, and that fell to general manager Brandon Beane.
It was claimed on Wednesday night that Beane had discovered his man.
The Bills have signed veteran quarterback Kyle Allen to a contract to back up Allen, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The agreement’s conditions are still unknown.
Allen has played for three separate NFL clubs for five seasons: the Carolina Panthers, the Washington Commanders, and most recently, the Texans. During his 19 starts, he has completed 4,734 yards of passing with 26 touchdowns and 21 interceptions. When Cam Newton was injured in Carolina during the 2019 season, he had his best run as a starter.

Josh and Kyle Allen are close buddies who work out together during the offseason. Another in a long line of backup quarterbacks for Josh Allen is now Kyle Allen. During his rookie season, Allen’s backups were A.J. McCarran and Nate Peterman. In the second year, Derek Anderson and Matt Barkley were added to the mix. In 2020, Jake Fromm was selected by the Bills in the third round, after Barkley and Allen. Beane signed former first-round pick Mitch Trubisky to a backup contract in 2021. Keenum was then assigned to 2022.
