For the 2024 season, the Georgia coaching staff and roster are starting to take shape. Live updates on the most recent NFL draft, coaching selections, and transfer portal can be found below.

Fran Brown, the head coach of Syracuse, was hired by the Bulldogs, signalling the start of the coaching carousel. In the meantime, on December 4, the transfer portal will formally open.

1 p.m. ET on January 1: Kendall Milton and Daijun Edwards, two more Bulldogs, announced their intentions to enter the 2024 NFL Draft on Monday. Given that they were both seniors, neither comes as a surprise. Edwards was scheduled to graduate in the spring, but Milton graduated in December.
This previous season, the two combined for 1,670 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns. This was one of the SEC’s more effective running back tandems when they were healthy.

In the 2024 signing class, Chauncey Bowens, Nate Frazier, and Dwight Phillips were signed by Georgia. Only Bowens is an early enrollee out of those three.

Trevor Etienne, a running back from Florida, was also acquired by the Bulldogs through the transfer site. He will be playing for the Georgia squad in spring and will still have two years of eligibility remaining.

Roderick Robinson, Andrew Paul, and Branson Robinson are also reinstated by Dell McGee. Branson Robinson sustained a patella injury in August, and he is currently rehabilitating.
